Amy Mitchell

Coaching services specializing in family and young adult.

Amy has served in various ministry positions including Director of Children and Family Ministry, Children’s Choir Director, VBS Director, and in the roles of Small Group Leader, Coach, and Trainer. Amy served as the Director of Women’s Development and Small Groups for 707, a cutting-edge, young adult ministry in Broadview Heights, Ohio, and serves as the Volunteer Director for Building Hope in the City, an urban ministry in Cleveland.  Amy attended Valparaiso University. Amy, her husband, Jerry, and their three children live in Solon, Ohio.

Tom Hamel

Keel Leadership founder and lead coach

Tom has served bi-vocationally as well as full-time since 1978 in several ministry capacities including creative arts director, leadership development and director of small groups.  A passion for balanced small group ministry developed into Keel Leadership. Tom also serves as an independent consultant with Church Doctor Ministries, specializing in small groups. A  father of two grown daughters and grandpa to four, Tom shares a wonderful life with Amy, his wife of 33 years and Lucy, their beloved Golden Retriever. Tom lives in Pentwater, Michigan.

Jerry Mitchell

Coaching services specializing in pastoral relations

Jerry completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University, and received his MDIV from Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, Indiana.  He served in pastoral ministry for 11 years in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, and Fort Wayne, Indiana, in the roles of Youth Pastor, Evangelism Pastor, Pastor of Small Groups, and Senior Pastor.  Jerry works full-time in the orthopedic industry as the V.P. of National Sales for USArthroplasty. Jerry, his wife, Amy, and their three children live in Solon, Ohio.
